How Do You Create a Memorial?
You can create a Living-Memorial for oneself, for others who are alive and well or not, pets, and cherished items.
To Create a New Memorial:
1. Go to "Memorials" from the main menu, click on "Create New Memorial" menu item.

2. Here you enter information within the available fields and finish by clicking on the "Save Changes" button. Your memorial entry will now be created.
How Can I Edit My Memorial?
You can edit your memorial in 2 ways:
1. Go to "Memorials" from the main menu and click on "My Memorials"

Then click on "Edit Memorial" button for the specific Memorial.
OR
2. Go to your created Memorial view page, then find and click on the Settings icon that looks like,

Then click on the "Dashboard" and click on "Edit Memorial" menu item.
3. After editing and making changes to the information on your memorial, you can now click on the "Save Changes" button to save the changes.
*Note:
Depending on what is being edited or changed, you may need to re-add the main photo for the Memorial after modifications.
What is The Memorial Dashboard?
The Memorial Dashboard is the admin panel or control center for your Memorial. The Memorial Dashboard will allow you to manage the information and content that people will see on the Memorial.

How Do I Access the Memorial Dashboard?
You can do this in two ways:
1. Go to your "Memorial Dashboard" Page by:
Selecting "Memorials" from the main menu and clicking on "My Memorials",

2. Go to your created Memorial view page, then find and click on the Settings icon that looks like,

When Using A QR Code or Memorial Internet Address, How Do I Make My Memorial Seen by Everyone?
To make your Memorial visible and accessible to everyone, those who are members and non-members of the site, you MUST set your "View Privacy" settings to "Everyone".
To do this: When creating a new Memorial or editing an existing Memorial, you will need to go to the "Edit Memorial" page.
Go to your "Memorial Dashboard" page by:
1. Selecting "Memorials" from the main menu and click on "My Memorials"
Then click on "Edit Memorial" button for the specific Memorial.
OR
2. Go to your created Memorial view page, then find and click on the Settings icon that looks like,

, or
.
Then click on the "Dashboard", scroll down and click on "Edit Memorial" menu item.
3. Within the "Edit Memorial" page, scroll down to the "View Privacy" section and select "Everyone".
4. Then Click on the "Save Changes" button
*Note:
You may need to re-add the Main Photo after making some edits and modifications.
Can I Give Other Individuals Administrative Control To Manage My Memorial?
Yes, you can give any number of individuals administrative control to manage your Memorial. The admin rights are equivalent to all management capabilities that you currently have as an owner/creator in managing your Memorial. To assign or give someone administrative control on your memorial, they only need to be in the same Network as yourself. To add a "Memorial Admin", do this:
Go to your "Memorial Dashboard" page by:
1. Selecting "Memorials" from the main menu and click on "My Memorials"
Then click on "Edit Memorial" button for the specific Memorial.
Next, under the section "Memorial Dashboard", scroll down to "Memorial Roles" and click on it.
OR
2. Go to your created Memorial view page, then find and click on the Settings icon that looks like,

, or
.
Then click on the "Dashboard", scroll down, and click on "Memorial Roles" menu item.
3. On the "Memorial Roles" page, you can assign any site member as an Administrators to your Memorial.
4. Type a member's name under the "Assign a New Memorial Role" field, then click on the "Add" button.
5. Your newly added Memorial Admin will now be displayed under the heading "Memorial Admin".
How Do I Access The Memorials Where I Have Been Assigned As a Memorial Admin On Someone Else's Memorial?
If you have been assigned as a "Memorial Admin" on someone else's Memorial, you will have administrative control to manage the memorial, with the same rights and permissions as the original creator. To access and see these Memorials:
1. Go to "Memorials" from the main menu and click on "My Memorials".
2. Now locate the tab or menu item named "Managed By Me".
3. All Memorials where you have been granted administrative control will be accessible and listed here, this also includes all memorials that you have created.
